I have a Norstar MICS and Callpilot 100 installed. The callpilot is set up with the auto-attendant and CCR tree. Option 1 rings to a hunt group with 2 extensions. If no one answers it goes to the general delivery mailbox. The customer has two additional extensions which do not ring on incoming calls that they want to forward to the GD mailbox if no one answers when those extensions are dialed internally or directly from the outside to their DIDs. Can this be done? What would happen if I forwarded those extensions the CP DN but didn't assign a mailbox to them? Thanks
