Forwarding calls from console 1

We have a M2250 console and we would like to have calls that are not picked up after x amount of rings to go to a phantom extension that is on three i2002 sets to be picked up by Customer Service. Any help on how you do this would be appreciated?

Colonel - That feature is what's called Attendant overflow, and it's a feature you have to purchase. It's set-up in LD 15 (CDB) and is not hard to do. I haven't used it in a while, but the docs are pretty straight forward on it. It's covered fairly well in the Features and Services doc 1
