Forwarding Calls all calls to a one or more mailboxes

We got some extensions we're not using for a while and would like to have the voicemail go to one or two central mailboxes. (Instead of the one that is associated with the extension. i.e. call for extension 1 goes to central vm box instead of to voice mailbox for extension 1).

How would I go about doing this?

I'd like to leave the current mailboxes intact so they don't have to be recreated later. I'm trying to get the system setup so that when extension 105 is unanswered the voice mails will go to the voice mail box of ext 110.

I tried alt ext, but it doesn't seem to do anything.
How do I change the mb to 500 series? Do I have to delete the mailbox?

Would there be a way to just disable the mailbox and have it go to the general mailbox?

change the ext in mailbox to 500 series so in prog its mb 105 assigned to ext 505"a ext not in range being used" then when ext 105 goes to vm its not there goes to gen del

If I wanted to send messages for a seperate group of phones (i.e. a general box other than 100), is there a way to do that?

it will only work on gd mbox but try this and see if it works change transfer call back to 10 rings then have fna to a different ext "ext where new group mailbox will reside" fna 3 rings ..now you should be able to call ext 105 and then fna to lets say 205 then have 205 fna 3 or 4 ring to vm dn with a mailbox assigned to 205 ...change original mbox to be assigned to a non existent ext...that may work
