I installed CCM 4.0 which sends DID calls coming in over a PRI to Unity Auto Attendant. Tha AA sends calls to a thrid party ACD. The ACD does not see the caller ID only the 4 digit Unity port extension. It works fine when CCM was connected directly to the ACD. Is there a Unity option to pass Caller ID instead of the AA port?
