Forwarding Call Pilot Message to Outlook

We have had Call Pilot 5.5 installed. We are in pilot testing stage before we move our personnel from Octel to Call Pilot.
We have been able to have our messages appear in Outlook by using Desktop messaging.
But we cannot get the forwarding to Outlook to work. I get the following notification from call pilot after trying to forward.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
"Unknown" <VPIM=renee.l.colon/bakernet.com@BMCHINT514.bakernet.com>

Reason: The number of attempts to deliver the message has exceeded the system maximum. Please try sending the message again later. (26)
 
VPIM is usually a numeric field.

What do you have VPIM configured as?

Are you using Exchange?

If you are using Exchange, are you using Exchange Front End servers? or what?

post the peps you have installed in the CP.
