We have had Call Pilot 5.5 installed. We are in pilot testing stage before we move our personnel from Octel to Call Pilot.
We have been able to have our messages appear in Outlook by using Desktop messaging.
But we cannot get the forwarding to Outlook to work. I get the following notification from call pilot after trying to forward.
