Forwarding button not forwarding to voicemail

I've pressed my forward button to forward automatically to my voicemail box but when I tried to test and dialed my number directly, it rolls over to line 2 then goes into my voicemail? Why is it not working right?

Did you press it once and it is flashing and you put in the Vmail number, than hit it 1 more time and it is steady lit?

What is you LHK? It should be 0 it sounds like it's at 1

THE LHK DOESNT MATTER WHEN YOU HAVE THE SET CFW. MAKE SURE THAT MARP FOR THAT DN IS ON TEN SAME TN AS CFW KEY.

You should press forward key and then enter the number of you voicemail, then press forward key again .
