I am hoping to get some help on how to accomplish this one... We run a Definity G3 R6 switch. At 3:30pm our receptionist leaves her desk and does not return until 7:00am the next morning. Our system goes into "night service" at 4pm and all the auto attendant messages change over to the night messages.
The problem: We would like to have the ability to forward calls that are coming in to the attendant over to another extension from 3:30 till 4pm so that people calling the operator can reach a live body. The ability to program "send-calls" doesn't seem to be an option on this switch. Are there any other thoughts out there on how to accomplish this?
