Forwarding and Replying Font colors

Does anyone know how to turn of font color formatting in Outlook when replying or forwarding. Sometimes it's green, purple, blue...

This is very annoying as I have to change it to black each time manually.

What version of Outlook? Have you created any rules or set any 'organize' formatting?

2002. I have gone through every mail formatting in the options tab and can't find how to get rid of this.

Outlook 2002 does not do this by default. Go to the folder in question (inbox I assume). Then Tools, Organize, Using colors...Anything there? How about under the 'Automatic formatting' button in that same panel?

There are options to set up colors to and from specific people but not everyone. is there a way to set all setting back to default? Is there a folder or somethig where I can delete a preferences file and start over without loosing my emails?
