Forwarding All Calls

I have a Partner R7 with VM Card and Remote Access Card.

Currently, I have my phone company forward all calls to a cell phone if it is not picked up within 5 rings. This is so we can still answer calls after hours. Is there a way to set this up with the phone system instead? I know I was able to do this at the last company I was with.

Basically, after hours I want to be able to press a button, or series of buttons, so all incoming calls can be forwarded to the external phone number of my choosing. Please let me know if this can be done and how.

Since you have an R7, you have Remote Call Forward. Select an extension, forward it to the cell phone, and when someone transfers to it from the Auto Attendant, the system grabs another outside line, calls the cell phone, and conferences them together.
 
Or, (after I read you question more closely), you can make an extension be the "call coverer" of the lines, and forward that extension, to make ALL calls go to the cell (without any intervention by an automated attendant first)
 
Thanks for the response. A few comments below to clarify.

1) I do not have or want an Auto-Attendant.

2.) During the day I want all phones to ring. At night when we leave I want to be able to forward all calls to a cell phone. If i do your 2nd suggestions then wont the phone only ring at 1 extension all the time?

Ok, here's what you do:

Pick an extension to be the one to forward calls. Let's say it's Ext. 10.

Allow it Remote Call forward: #322-10-1

Make it be the Call Cover owner of each line: #208-XX-10, where XX is the line number from 01 to 04. (do this for each line)

Program your cell number into one of Ext. 10's personal speed dials, such as 99: Feature 00, Feature 99, (cell number), Feature 00

Make a Call Forward to Cell button on Ext 10: Feature 00, press an unused button with a light next to it, Feature 11, 10, 99, Feature 00

During the day, everything is normal. When you press the Call Forward button, the light next to it comes on, and calls go to the cell phone. Press it again, the light goes out, and you're back to normal.
 
So all extensions will ring during the day? If so...you are the man!!! Thanks.
