Hi all,

I have a CCM version 4.1.3 and i want to know if I have a telephone that is configured with a forwall all to another number.
If this telephone becomes unregistered for a reason (power failure or other) does the forward still active or not?

Thanks

His question asked if the forwarding still applies if the phone becomes unregistered. The answer is no. But there is a newer feature call Call Forward Not Registered (or something like that) that does what you're asking about. I can't remember what version of CM has this. I think it started in 4.2. IIRC, 4.1 does not have it at all. I'm not even sure 5.0 has it, but 5.1 and later probably does.

The answer is Yes it will forward the calls even if the phone is unregistered. The feature you're referring to is "Call forward on nonregistered" and it was introduce in CM 4.2 to help with SRST short coming.

Stay cool; it’s not over yet!
