Forwarding A to B from C 2

Has anyone figured this out?

Basically have a PA that would like to forward her phone and 2 others down to reception when she leaves her desk, but do it all from her handset.

Just upgraded a definity and they used *4number to fwd number to fwd to. Not sure if that's a default option though.

Thoughts appreciated.

If they have Voicemail Pro, then a callflow using Generic actions to toggle a number of Set actions would be an option.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I think you can fudge it so her phone forwards to a HG, and in the HG are virtual users with mobiles twinned to them.

Indeed use *4 as a programmed button on her phone activating a flow in VMPro with generic actions that set these users forwarding.
