forwarding a meridian voice message to a cell phone

Hi all: I have a users who wants to forward a message she has already received in her Meridian Mail and send it to her cell phone. I can't make it happen using the "73"
Any ideas or an emphatic NOT POSSIBLE would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

As a work-a-round, she could conference her Meridian voicemail with her cell phone, wait for the voicemail to answer, and play it into the cell phone's voicemail.
