Hi all,
I'm sure this has covered before but I did a search to no avail. I have a customer with a receptionist who is the only member of a hunt group (ring only) to answer incoming calls. If she's not there, the calls go to auto-attendant with no problems.
She now wants to be able to temporarily/on-demand redirect the incoming calls to another extension. I know call forward doesn't work but it seems like some feature should.
Any ideas?
