forwarding a DN w/o VM to DN with VM

Ok this may be a long one but here it goes,

I have a user with 2616 on key 0 he has a internal dn of 5251 and on key 1 is CFW 4 4804 and key 2 is 4804( which is a DID). his setup is as follows 5251 is his busines DN without VM(dont ask why) and 4804 is his "private" DID line and it has VM. what he wnats to me to do is to be able to hit key 1 which will forward 5251 to 4804 and then hit vm. sounds fair but for the life of me I cant get it to work. any ideas would be greatfully appreciated!

Just add the DN 5251 to the VM box 4804. He can just forward his prime DN to the voicemail (key 1 cfw 4 XXXX, where XXXX stands for the Voicemail ACD) if he desires and retrieve calls on his second "private" DN.
