Forwarding a call from within a vociemail

Hi All,
A call ringing on ext.4135(for example) will go the voicemail if 4135 is busy or in no answer situation. Is there a way that the call can be forwarded to the operator by pressing zero from with in the voicemail? I mean during listening to the message pressing zero should go to the operator.
We have option 11c phone system and Meridian Mail.

Did you try the revert DN?

I have a Call Pilot and revert DN works great.

revert dn works from mermail also, after you log in to a mb, dial 8*, the menu there allows the user to pick a revert. you can enter it from the screen in EACH bax as well. i use it here for people that call the switchroom with a service request, if you are having station trouble, or need a (blah blah) press 0 for the help desk
