I have been asked by my boss if it is possible to have our help desk extension that already forwards to a 10 digit extension continue to forward but to a 10 digit number plus extension. Also, I would need any additional step in completing this task if it is possible.

Thanks very much for the help and continued education on Merdian PBX.

It really depends on the system it is dialing, but years ago, you could put a comma (,) in the string for modems to cause a pause, several commas would create a longer pause. Might be worth a try to see what it does.
ie 91234567890,,,1234

I have tried this before without success. Tried it with commas, asterisks, #, and everything known to man and could never get it to work. Good luck, but I'm doubtful it can be accomplished.
