Hello all,

I have gone through the past posts and can't seem to find the exact solution to forwarding our receptionist's console to an alternate extension for short breaks. I see in the manuals that LD 15 - as indicated in a past forum post- is used to set up a second Night Service. This would be a second(the first is our after-hours recording)night service that would be, of course, used occasionally during the day to forward the receptionist to a 5500 extension. How do I go about putting a range of hours - 7AM-5PM - for the NIT2 with the TIM2? Is there more to it than this? I'm a bit wary of experimenting with these settings so I'm asking beforehand.
Thanks in advance!

TIM1 hh mm Hour and Minute for First Night Service DN. basic-12
Enter the hour and minute for First Night Service DN.
Where: hh = 0-23, mm = 0-59
Enter X to remove the time. TIM1 should be set earlier
than TIM2, 3 and 4. If no time is entered here, the
system assumes a 24-hour clock.
TIM2 hh mm Time for Second Night Service DN basic-12
TIM3 hh mm Time for Third Night Service DN basic-12
TIM4 hh mm Hour and Minute for Fourth Night Service DN
For all of the entries in the Night Service Time of Day
(NSTOD) feature, entering X for the DN deletes the
existing value for that entry. Entering <cr> allows the
user to select an existing entry, or skip to another
entry.
