Hi,

I have a requirement that needs all calls to one Ext to be Forwarded to another. This includes Voicemails.

1. I have configured unconditional forwarding. That works great.
2. In VM Pro I have configured a 'Leave' start point, which leaves mail on the forwarded mailbox. That works great.

Now I'm encountering an issue where internal users are transferring messages from their mailbox to a extension that is being forwarded. These messages do not get forwarded. They are landing in the original VM, which no one is checking.

Is there a way to also forward transferred VoiceMails to the forwarded mailbox?

IP Office v9.0
VM Pro

Thanks

Per haps you would be better not to forward the messages but simlply give the forwarded destination access to the mailbox

U<extn> in source numbers on the destination user - this will light the lamp & give an option o access the mailbox on In Visual Voice

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

I've tried adding U<ext> or V<ext> in the Source Codes for the destination user, and they aren't able to access that VM box at all, nor is the lamp indicating new messages.
