We have some accounts on our Exchange 5.5 sp4 server that are setup to forward all their received email to a custom recipient (to a internet address to an Imail server on our network). Works great except if that user sends a message to a non-existent email address it gets bounced to their Exchange mailbox and sits there, it never gets forwarded to the custom recipient. Anyone have any ideas about what would cause this and how I could fix this?
