I have successfully set up a DID on our IPO to use a time profile to forward unconditionally out to a call center for after hours call answering. The call center want us to spoof the caller id to report as a specific number they recognize as associated to our company. My call flow is as follows. DID to a hunt group: hunt group look at a time profile:time profile forwards to an extension after hours: extension forwards unconditional to call center. It works with the exception of needing to report the incoming CLI to the call center as the DID that starts the call flow. I know under system I can report CLI as a specific # for all forward calls but I was hoping there would be a way to report it with this specific call flow. Is there a short code that can be used? This is the one being used: *FWD0 : 91866XXXXXXX=91866XXXXXXX : Forward Number : LGID 0

This is a systemm generated shortcode as soon as a unconditional forward is set on the phone. It is NOT used as a regular shortcode.

My advise:
In ARS add a sortcode : SC = 91866whatever the call has to go to, TN = 1866NS<the CLID to send>, Action = dial, Line ID = the line ID to use.
Create a out of hours time profile.
In ARS in destination add the OOS time profile and set the destination to the above set number 91866whatever the call has to go to.

Job done.
