I have successfully set up a DID on our IPO to use a time profile to forward unconditionally out to a call center for after hours call answering. The call center want us to spoof the caller id to report as a specific number they recognize as associated to our company. My call flow is as follows. DID to a hunt group: hunt group look at a time profile:time profile forwards to an extension after hours: extension forwards unconditional to call center. It works with the exception of needing to report the incoming CLI to the call center as the DID that starts the call flow. I know under system I can report CLI as a specific # for all forward calls but I was hoping there would be a way to report it with this specific call flow. Is there a short code that can be used?
