Hi I have a user who wants to set cfw to a call pilot voice menu. I set up an ACD to forward to. The ACD accesses the proper voice menu when called directly but when I cfw to it the call goes to their mailbox instead (call pilot is getting the orginal digits rather than the ACD dn). Is anyone aware of another way to do this or a way to fix the dn/dialed digits call pilot receiving?

Put the user's DN in Callpilot as an SDN to the voice menu app.
You can leave the mailbox if you need to. Remove the ACDN. It's not necessary.
