Forward to VM "Out of Hours" 2

Greetings All,

I have a customer with IPO 8.0 V2 who wants an extension to ring for 4 hours and ring directly to their VM the rest of the time. How do I accomplish that?

Create a time profile for the 4 hours you want to ring directly. If the user doesn't have a user rights already you will need to make 2 users rights, one normal, and one with the no answer time set to 1. Under the user go to User Rights view and change to Working Hours user rights, below that set the time profile, then set the normal user rights, then set the out of hours user rights to the one no answer time set to 1.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
