Forward to outside line?

My Name is Steve from Voicenet Telecom. I was trying to forward a call to go to outside line. I dial feature 33 and as soon as I press "9" for dial out code, it kicks me off?
I can foward to any extension easy but not to a outside line. Please help.

Never mind i figured it out. I had to go to remote frwd and add the extension.
