I have a group of users who want a new calling plan set up.
The phone rings and if not answered they hear an announcment saying press 1 to be forwarded to the helpdesk press 2 for voicemail or press 3 to be diverted to the persons mobile.
With out setting a vector for each person is there any way that it can recognise the extension that has been dialed and divert to that particular mobile?
