Is it possible to forward a DID over to a external line without a set? I just had some users move to the remote office, and I am still struggling with networking the two offices. I have been using the set to forward to that office, but now I have to give that set to a new user, so I am under the gun now. I need to pass DID calls from office A, to Office B really soon.

Thanks

Yes you need to use LINE REDIRECT it takes an inbound line and allows you to redirect that line to a remote location.

Use line redirection. Set up a target line like normal then redirect the line to the second office. You can do it all through element manager

It worked perfectly. I chose to keep it to prime set if busy, so I thought that would be better than choosing ring busy if busy. I realize the prime set is in the main office, but at least we don't loose a client call.

Thanks Again.
