I have an IP 500 v2 running 8.1(63)

I have incomming call route setup so at night it hits hunt group 225 (Night) set to sequential, with one phantom user setup 220 Forward Night. This user has forward unconditional set with shortcode *60. Short code *60 is set to *60 (external number) dial line 50:main. If internally i dial ext 220 or dial group 225 the call forwards to the external number just fine. However if I dial in from the outside and the call hits the night group the call will not follow the forwarding. What am I missing??

Here is a monitor trace. Its seems my ars table is not able to see any of my phone lines. They all have outgoing and incomming line group ID set to 0.

No it was not. That is probably my solution right there. Thank you so much. I just changed it and will test in a momment. and that was my problem. I knew there was something i was forgetting. You are a life savor.

Why not put the external destination number as a destination on the incomming call route?

So instead of the huntgroup 225 put the external number, inluding ARS code...
