Forward to external number - calls have static

I have multiple number transferring to external number. I have just 1 DNIT transferring to an external number, but the transfer has alot of static. If I call the external number directly, there is no static, it is only the call handled transferred by the switch. I opened a ticket with the telco and they said they see not issues. They said it could be the way the switch is transferring the call. Any suggestions?
