forward to cell from AA... 1

I have an AA set up for our Real Estate company that transfers to the agents extention. To ensure that people can get through when there is no one in the office, I have each user set to forward on no answer to their cell numbers. That way, if they don't grab it, it forwards to their cell. All of that works fine. Then we got a few more agents than desks, so until we move to our new location, I need to have several people on one phone. I set up two additional users, some log in/out buttons on the phone, and added them to the AA. Here is the catch: It works fine if I call the AA from an extension, but when I call from an outside line, it doesn't transfer to the cell. Is there some permissions setting that I need to change someplace? Any ideas on how I can make it function as planned.

What release are you using? Are you using VM Pro? You could use the VoiceMail Breakout. You could use Mobile Twinning. Are you coming in on a T1?
 
If you are using POTS lines you need to enable "allow trunk to trunk connect" on the analog tab for each POTS line.

Also make sure inhibit off switch calls is NOT checked on the system telephony tab.
 
There is also a "Allow outgoing transfer" in your systems telephony tab
