Forward to AutoAttendant on no answer 1

IP Office 403 running 2.1.(24)
I have a client that wants incoming calls answered by their receptionist, if she doesn't answer in 5 rings they want the call to go to the AutoAttendant which is also the night service AutoAttendant. I can't get the Ip Office to forward to a short code, any ideas? Thanks.

Create a short code:
sc: 4000
tel#: *90 (or whatever your shortcode to AA is)
Feat: Dial extn

Then forward on no answer to 4000

I have set this up and it works.
