I'm trying to get one of our DID's to forward to the auto-attendant. The auto-attendant extension is x2200 and the number I need to forward is x2018. Can I do this through WinSPM? This is a merlin on R7.

You can have multiple entries to an autoattendant - the extention number just need to have a type 15, 16 or 17 mailbox - corresponding to AA1, AA2, and AA3.
