Forward to answering service -- again

Hi, i have a Legend 6.0 Version v11.0. i am able to forward one of the lines to an answering service, however, if more than one call comes in at the same time, the caller gets a busy signal.

How do you set this up so that any incoming call will be directed to the answering service when the receptionist is off-duty.

i thought i had this nailed down but when i tried to call in from two different outside lines, one went thru to the answering service, the other got a busy signal....

Call Forwarding only works one call at a time. You could check with your phone company - to see if the call forwarding option can be enhanced.
