Forward to an ACD Group

Receptionist quit at one of our locations and they want the phone to forward to an ACD Call Group. I can't seem to get it to work.


Any ideas would be appreciated.

Is it a console or regular phone?

If Console, change Nit_Data to the ACD group
LD 15
REQ: CHG
Type: nit
nit: <-- enter DN of acd que

If regular phone should just require CFW key

Go to Load 23 and change MWC to yes, then you can cfw your set to the ACD.
