FORWARD to a group 2

Is there anyway to FORWARD a message you received to another bunch of people? What would one do to FORWARD the message to your whole company for instance?

To do this prior to V3.0 you need VM Pro
using the generic action you can specify a list of mailboxes to copy the last recorded wav wav file FWD201#202#203## will send the msg to 201, 202 & 203

An fully woerked example of this is given on the documents CD in the VM pro Tool tips section

I actually am already using that feature. Is there a way to forward a message that I received in my VM box in the same fashion?

I think that can now be done in V3.0, but I would need to double check the docs.

Yes, always has been. Depends what mode you are in.

In Intuity mode, when playing the message, press 1, follow the prompts and when entering the mailbox enter it as 201#202#203## style.

In IP Office mode its press 6.

If you have Voicemail Pro 3.0, then in Intuity mode you can set permanent forwarding lists and forward to the list number.

Ok...here's a request from our CEO. He wants to be able to reply to a group. Say for instance you send a vm to four extensions. He would like to be able to reply to everyone that got the original message is this possible? Like a reply to all option?

Don't think so, when you receive a distributed voicemail, it includes details of who it was from but not who else receieved it.
