Hello!
I have a client with 5 IP phones connected to a ipo 500.
Customer has a main number, going through a VMPRO module and into a huntgroup with all 5 users. Pretty straightforward.
Customer want this: A button on each phone for out of hours redirection. Example; Someone calls the company at 8 in the evening. Speak says " We are closed, please press 1 for urgent matters" If 1 is pressed, the call should go to the user(s) who has pressed the "night" button on his phone.
Futhermore, the manager wants to be able to see (via buttons) who is on the night watch.
How would i go about doing this? Twinning licenses are available for all the users.
