A customer has replaced their IPO V9 with a new IPO 9.1 when moving offices. All handsets have changed from 5400 series to 9611G.
We upgraded the voicemail pro server to 9.1 and now there is no option to forward or rewind on the handset when listening to a voicemail.
Please could someone let me know how to get this feature back?
