Forward on busy

Have a user at one of our customer sites who says that when he's on the phone and he recieves a second call, it rings busy instead of going to voice mail. He has a M7324 with 6 line appearances. They have a group of CO trunks pooled, and the loan agents all have private lines assigned to buttons 1 & 2. He says that his calls are the only ones that roll to VM on busy. I've checked the fwd on busy and it points to the VM DN. And his set is programmed like all of the others. Any ideas or suggestions, or is there something I'm missing? Thanks In Advance.

My phone has Fwd on Busy set to None and my phone works fine. When I am tied up with too many calls you get my VM.

Look under Terminals&Sets/capibilites/DND on busy:Y chg to N. Make a test call.

Sorry, I gave bad info in my original post. He says that his calls DON'T go to VM when receiving a second call. I tested it by calling the main number and had the call transfered, and it went to VM fine. It's when he gets a 2nd call on the private line it doesn't work.

I'll give that a try as soon as I can contact someone onsite to transfer to the RAD.

DueE - Tried you suggestion, didn't work still get a busy when user is one the phone and get a second call. ANy place else to look?
