I am new to the Nortel. I am unable to forward to voice mail when busy. Works ok on no answer. Could someone please step me through what I missed. Thanks.
Been working Avaya the last few years, but if I recall you need to have HTA in the Cls prompt. If you want to seperate internal & external treatments, add CFTA and the prompts for those will appear.

calls hitting busy will fwd according to the hunt settings
eg hunt 1234...hta needs to be set in CLS
calls hitting no answer forward to the fdn setting eg fdn 5678, with sfa set in the cls Colin
