Hey all,
I have inherited a Legend 7.0 with a merlin messaging voicemail. The customer has the AA answering lines immediately and then on dial 0 calls transferring to the receptionist(110). The problem that they are having is that when the receptionist is on a call it's transferring in from the AA on the SA voice line and then another call transfers in on the SA ring line, then they can not transfer the first call. I'm assuming that is because both the SA lines are in use and there isn't another one available to transfer the call out. I'm thinking that it could be set up that if the receptionist is busy then the second call could roll to a calling group. It doesn't look like the group can be set up to ring all ext in the group at once(broadcast). But linear should be ok. Has anyone seen this condition before? I could use some help setting up this calling group also as I'm not up to speed on Legend programming. Thanks.
Doug
