Forward no answer not working

Hello all! I am working remotely with an MICS 6.1 and NAM 4.0.04A. There is one extension whose main line (Line 31) will not forward to voicemail. The second line (Line 32) does forward to voicemail. Is it possible to have them both forward to voicemail? If so, how do you set this up? Forward on busy is set to none. DND on busy is set to no. The user has a 7310, with 2 intercom buttons. He said "it used to work".

if forward no answer is set it will apply to all calls on this set. are the lines being answered by the AA or a mailbox?

Line 32, which actually forwards, goes to a voicemail box. Line 31 just rings, no answer. I tested it just now. Forward no answer on this extension is set to the voicemail DN, with delay of 4. I looked in voicemail, and the voicemail box is set to the proper extension.

Yes, both appear and ring. Line 31 (the non-forwarding line) is on button 1, and line 32 (the forwarding line) is on button 2.

Make sure both lines are programmed identical in Line programming.
