Forward no Answer forwards outside line

Hi all.. I have an MICS 6.1 system with a CP 150. The CP 15 has voice mail boxes for salespeople and the general delivery box is used for general calls received at night. I set up a CCR tree that says all calls received go to box 100. The only time calls are supposed to be answered by the CP is outside of business hours.

My salespeople all have DIDs and their DNs are set to forward no answer to the Call Pilot DN. This works fine with their DIDs - it goes to their box. However, there is a general sales DID that they all have on their phones. When this is not answered, it goes to one of the sales VM boxes (at random it seems). I would like it to just ring forever or bounce to the switchboard.

I have tried putting appearances on a virtual DN and making answer DNs on each sales ext, but now it just drops to the general delivery mailbox.

The general delivery mailbox should only answer when night service is active (manual button on switchboard). I do not have the auto attendant set up at all. Is there any way for me to accomplish this? I also have the DRT to prime set to 4 rings. The sales DNs are set for CFNA after 4 rings to the CP DN. Would changing the sales DNs to 3 rings CFNA fix my problem?

Make a hunt group to control that DID number with brodcast ringing and overflow back to itself. make all the sales members of the hunt group.

Hunt group calls will not forward out to VM unless you overflow it to vm.

If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.

Worked great Jerry - Thanks! The only thing is it said invalid overflow when I tried to overflow to 786 (this HG). I set it to overflow to the receptionist so that solves the problem. Thanks again for the help!
 
you might have the if busy to busy instead of queue.

If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.
