is it possible to forward NDRs received by one account to another?

say joe@google.com sends emails to a group of people, and occasionally he gets NDRs because one or more of the emails are invalid, can it be set so that tony@google.com receives the NDRs?

management would like tony to either fix the address or send the document via fax to the account that had the NDR.

is this possible?

Use Outlook and do "Have responses sent to". Or have Joe forward them or set up a rule.

you know, I hadnt even thought of doing that through outlook, duh!.

i was approaching it from the admin side, but this just might work.

thanks!

what if it is unattended?

the joe@google.com is just mailbox used be server to send these reports out.

could you use a server side rule to foward NDRs to a particular mailbox based on the subject line?

Rules fire on the server - they only get deferred if they need something in Outlook (live an offline folder, say) to finish the execution of the rule - otherwise they stay 'server-side'.
