I work for a small company that uses a CallPilot 100 system running Release 3. We recently purchased 2 licenses for the CallPilot Messaging software for Outlook. When we first got the software, we were able to create a rule and have new messages forwarded from the CallPilot mailbox to the user's inbox and have the message file converted to a WAV file. Well, that stopped working and we can't get it to work again. The rule will work when I hit "Run now" from the Rules dialog box, but not automatically.
We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. I have tried to get this to work with CallPilot software releases 2.0, 2.5 and 4.0. I have searched through the forums but cannot find anything very recent.
