I do not know if I changed something without knowing. But I am not able to forward my ext to another (*33+ext) I was able to do it before. Now even if the phones is forwarded, my extension just rings. Any ideas? thanks

Depends on the type phone and the conditions (such as are you forwarding within or outside the system).

Try canceling forwarding (*33 + your own extension number), you should hear confirmation tone

Forward you calls (*33 + other extension) you should again hear confirmation tone.

If you recieve a call, your phone will continue to flash (allowing you to still answer the calls if you wish). If the forwarded to extension is busy (all SA buttons in use), the call will not transfer until an SA button frees up.

Is it possible that someone assigned you delayed forwarding in the system and set the delay value to an extremely high value?
