I need to forward our main number to another office due to a voicemail hard drive failure. there is no forward key on the operators phone, how can I accomplish this on the system?
If you have copper trunks you can create an Auto Attendant program with a Custom Call Routing Tree to pick your LDN that you want to forward eg. Line 092: Press 1 for *72P NNN_NNN_XXXX or Press 2 *73
You can turn on the AA for another line temporarily to access the AA, Make sure the Greeting table is set up to allow you access to the CCR Tree, then press 1 or 2 as the case may be.
Once set up, turn off AA for the line you used to set it up.
