I'm not sure if that is possible. I have 2 main line numbers that rings operator lines. I have to verify weather it's twining and how that workflow operates. My problem is after that we all moved remote. The voicemails from the main line only stay on the physical phone but don't transfer to the operators softphones. Any thoughts?
