How can I forward my main line to an external#(answering service). I am already using my nite key on the attendant console(m2250) to go to Meridian Mail "Menu". I need to be able to forward to this external number anytime of day. The problem is the receptionists has no set time for her breaks.

build an acd with maxp =to 1 and the ncfw set to the outside number, this only works if you have trunk to trunk forwarding set up... then the att can forward to that number or set it up as nite 2
