forward mail, help

I have two email servers, one in public net and other in local net behind firewall. Do anyone know how to make that mail-server in local net can recive mail from mail-server in public net.

configure and enable NAT.. it's transparent, so all u have to setup is probably fetchmail, using the fully qualified domain name of the mail server on the public network...
