Question, I was wondering if there was a way to forward calls based on incoming CLID? I have a customer that get multiple harassment calls a day but the telco hasn't been much help. I was going to forward it to a non-existent extension or make a blank AA? How would I go about doing this process?

Thanks!

There may more than one way to create an annoyance trap, but there is a procedure described on page 67 of the
CallPilot Manager Set Up and Operation Guide that sounds like it would work for you. The procedure will only work if you have Caller ID on your system, and only if you're routing all incoming calls to the Auto Attendant. According to the manual, after the AA answers an incoming call and plays the Company Greeting, the call can then be routed through a CLID Matching Table, which will then send the call to a specific extension or mailbox, CCR Tree or Greeting Table. Good luck and hope this helps.

You're right Marv. I assumed the question was in reference to a CallPilot, and I should know better by now. The devil is always in the details.
