Forward icon when using Viewer

I am assuming that your GW system is v5.x, based upon the inability to Forward a message in the body of an e-mail while in view mode. I do not believe there was, or is, a way to set a default for forwarding a message. Only a choice from the toolbar on v6.x to either "Forward as Attachment" or just "Forward". If interested here is a TID that explains what I would call as a workaround to your problem. Have a good one!
