I have a Mitel 3300 with the MiVoice Business Console. We are at release 7
I have been asked to set something up so that if the receptionist is super-busy and can't answer a call, it will ring at another phone.
I was hoping that I could take the IP console's extension, and put a forward no-answer rule on it, but the system won't let me. (invalid number, it says)
I have been reading some other posts about how Mitel consoles are limited, but I was hoping that someone might have a solution...
